CDL Class A Driver/ Skid Steer Operator

Cicero, IL


 Responsibilities

Ideal candidate for this job will be responsible for driving a 6 wheeler truck with a trailer holding a bobcat end loader or a semi-tractor with dump trailer. Employee will be able to operate a bob-cat end loader with breaker and service bucket and is willing to help coworkers with laboring duties when needed.


Qualifications

A successful candidate must:


  • Have a valid Illinois Driver’s License with a clean driving record
  • HS diploma or GED equivalent
  • Working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
  • Excellent communication skills with employees and customers
  • Must possess strong organizational skills
  • Have experience driving and operating a skid steer with 3-5 years in the industry.
  • Be able to write, read, speak and understand English fluently
  • Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Be able to work in all weather conditions
  • Be available to plow snow in the winter
  • Be able to pass a background check and drug test


We are a family-owned and operated NON-UNION shop and we work a forty hour work week with overtime available. Opportunity to earn prevailing wage on municipal projects.

CONSTRUCTION fOREMAN

Cicero, IL


We are looking for an experienced working Foreman who can supervise, project manage, and work in the field with duties ranging from, but not limited to: 


  • Read blueprints and craft proposals for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
  • Estimation of projects
  • Operate bobcat and excavator
  • Knowledge of concrete framing, excavation, and pouring flatwork, foundations, walls, and steps.
  • Be a crew leader on a jobsite from start to finish and oversee multiple projects at a time.
  • Knowledge of safety in manufacturing and chemical plants
  • The ability to do daily paperwork to record time and materials of jobs.

A successful candidate must:

  • Have experience leading a construction crew with 3-5 years in the industry.

  • Be able to work in all weather conditions 
  • Be available to plow snow in the winter 
  • Be able to pass a background check and drug test
